More than music

Developing complex concepts outside the domain of music can be very inspiring. A fresh idea can build on a single thought written down years before and grow into a solid project. Short film, video game, installation in an art gallery, … ? There are plenty of overlaps between different media disciplines. And they all have one thing in common… .

"As a rule, humans always think within the parameters they already know.. If we try to imagine something new, our mind first uses the experiences we have made before. We then often look for new impressions in nature, because there is hardly a better teacher.
In our search for new ideas, we often need some inspiration. This can happen by chance - for example during a walk or perhaps because we have misheard something and our mind has interpreted it differently.
However, inspiration can also be artificially induced and with the following section of my journey so far, I would like to share some ways and techniques to gain inspiration."
